I have worked with Leader Air-conditioning for the last few years since they installed our air conditioning systems around our offices. Of course as always I went out to tender but to be honest from word go I liked the transparency and confidence I got for Olly who surveyed our site, he talked me through our options and gave us, as it turned out, a competitive price.
We continue to use Leader air for servicing the machines every six months and are very happy with the service. The engineers who come to site, often the same team which I think is great as they know our site, are always professional, courteous and communication from the office regarding booking visits in has always been great.
